Quilting Styles

Edge to Edge (E2E)

An E2E quilt has the same design over the entire quilt top.  All designs are the same price and charged by the square inch (height x width).  The quilt owner chooses the design and design size (density). This is the most economical option.

E2E Center with Custom Borders

When you choose an E2E center with custom borders, you elevate the uniqueness of  your finished quilt.  The E2E portion is priced in the same manner as the full E2E.  The portion that comprises the border is priced at the  custom rate per sq inch.

Full Custom

For a truly one-of-a-kind quilt, choose the full custom option.  While this is the most expensive option it allows the most creativity.  And of course, the  quilt owner will work with the quiter to create a keepsake that will be cherished for generations to come.

About Me

After making my first quilt (quilted by hand) in 1990, I started a family and gravitated toward apparel sewing. I primarily concentrated on custom Gowns,  ice skating dresses, and costumes.  While I never lost my love for quilts my limited free time only allowed me to build a massive ‘To Do’ list with patterns for quilts dog-eared in my quilting magazine collection.   Once my kids were grown my sewing turned almost exclusivly to quilting.  While at a quilting show my husband suprised me with a Handi Quilter Amara computerized  long arm.  After plowing through  my own quilt tops, panels, and quilts for friends, I bagan quilting for customers.  And the rest, as they say, is history!
